Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg wheat flour
- 500 ml milk
- 125 ml water
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 150 g natural yogurt
- 1 cube of yeast
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes
Wheat bread
Combine the wheat flour and a tablespoon of salt in a bowl. Heat the milk, oil, water, sugar, and yogurt in a bowl until lukewarm. Dissolve the yeast in the flour and stir it into the flour. Mix everything well. Pour the dough into a baking pan and let it rise at 70°C for 30 minutes. Then bake at 200°C for 50 minutes. Remove from the pan and bake for another 10 minutes.
