Scottish Eggs with Herb Dip
The perfect scottish eggs with herb dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Herb
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 300 g Minced meat
- 1 Protein
- 1 Onion
- 2 Clove of garlic
- 2 drops Tabasco
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 2 tbsp Minced meat seasoning
- 1 cups Crème fraîche light
- 3 tbsp Tk – 7 herbs
- Worcester sauce to taste
- Salt and pepper
- Boil the eggs hard, let them cool down, peel them, then roll them in flour.
- For the minced meat mixture, mix well the egg white, onion and garlic, baking flour and the spices.
- Cover the eggs with the minced meat mixture and bake until crispy.
- In the meantime, make the dip, mix the creme fraiche with the herbs and Worcestershire sauce and season to taste.
- Serve with the eggs
