Scottish Eggs with Herb Dip

The perfect scottish eggs with herb dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Herb

  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 300 g Minced meat
  • 1 Protein
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Clove of garlic
  • 2 drops Tabasco
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Minced meat seasoning
  • 1 cups Crème fraîche light
  • 3 tbsp Tk – 7 herbs
  • Worcester sauce to taste
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Boil the eggs hard, let them cool down, peel them, then roll them in flour.
  1. For the minced meat mixture, mix well the egg white, onion and garlic, baking flour and the spices.
  1. Cover the eggs with the minced meat mixture and bake until crispy.
  1. In the meantime, make the dip, mix the creme fraiche with the herbs and Worcestershire sauce and season to taste.
  1. Serve with the eggs
