Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g bratwurst
  • 30 g margarine
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • ½ liter instant broth
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce
  • some marjoram
  • savory
  • rosemary
  • 300 g carrot(s)
  • 4 potatoes
  • 300 g beans, green

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Fry the sausage over moderate heat until golden brown, remove from the pan, and cut into pieces. Slice the onion into rings and sauté in the fat. Sprinkle with flour and continue to fry briefly. Add the broth, chili sauce, marjoram, savory, and rosemary and bring to a boil briefly. Cut the carrots and potatoes into strips, break the beans into pieces, and add everything to a covered pot with the sausage. Cook in the oven at 200°C for 90-100 minutes.
