Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 40 g diced ham
  • 50 ml milk
  • Fat, e.g. butter, for the pan

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Measure the milk into a measuring jug, add the eggs, and mix thoroughly with a fork or whisk. Gently heat the fat or butter in a pan and fry the ham cubes. Add the eggs and let them set, breaking them up from the bottom every now and then. It’s best to use a wooden spoon to prevent the scrambled eggs from burning. Tip: If desired, stir finely chopped herbs into the eggs.
