Banana rolls with chocolate sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 ml milk
  • 50 g flour
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ½ lemon(s), zest
  • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 bananas
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 egg white
  • 50 g almonds, sliced
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 7 tbsp milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Mix the milk with the flour, vanilla sugar, salt, and grated lemon zest, then beat in the egg. Let the batter rest briefly. Cook two pancakes in a little oil. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Peel the bananas, brush them with honey, and roll each into a pancake. Dip the rolls in egg white, roll them in the flaked almonds, and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Melt the chocolate in hot milk. To serve, slice the rolls and drizzle with the chocolate sauce.
