Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 m.-sized egg(s)
  • 1 tsp onion(s), diced
  • 1 dash of cream
  • some herb salt and pepper
  • some margarine for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes

Small but delicious snack for singles and widowers.

Heat the margarine in a small pan and sauté the diced onion until translucent. Crack the egg and drop it into the center of the pan as close to the center as possible. Carefully whisk the egg white from the edge to the yolk. Add the cream and seasonings and continue whisking. Avoid touching the yolk, if possible. This creates a nice fried egg effect. After about 3 minutes, the scrambled eggs are ready. Carefully pour the egg onto a plate and enjoy with a slice of bread.
