Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 small sausages
- oil
- 150 g bacon
- 10 eggs
- 240 ml cream
- Salt
- pepper
- 2 tbsp butter
- Parsley, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Brown the sausages in oil in a pan. Dice the bacon. Whisk the eggs with the cream and season with salt and pepper. Heat the butter in a second pan and fry the bacon cubes until crispy. Add the egg mixture and stir to combine. Finally, add the sausages and serve sprinkled with parsley. 795 kcal per serving
