  • 50 ml Milk 3.5
  • 100 g Smoked salmon
  • 5 g Extra virgin olive oil
  • 15 g Chives
  1. Lightly whisk the eggs with the milk, do not mix too much and season. Heat the pan with the OIL, add the eggs and let them harden slightly from below, then tear the salmon into large pieces and distribute them on the eggs.
