- 5 g Extra virgin olive oil
- 15 g Chives
Instructions
- Lightly whisk the eggs with the milk, do not mix too much and season. Heat the pan with the OIL, add the eggs and let them harden slightly from below, then tear the salmon into large pieces and distribute them on the eggs. So that the eggs are nice and fluffy and the salmon does not cook too much, remove the pan from the heat in good time and sprinkle with a lot of chives before serving.
