Scrambled Eggs with Zucchini and Tomato

The perfect scrambled eggs with zucchini and tomato recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 piece Zucchini fresh
  • 3 piece Tomatoes
  • 4 Pc. Eggs
  • 2 Discs Whole grain bread
  • 1 tbsp Grated cheese
  • 1 tbsp Margarine
  • 1 tbsp Parsely
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Wash the zucchini and cut into small pieces. Wash the tomatoes and cut off the stalk, cut the flesh into large pieces. Heat the margarine in a pan and sauté the vegetables in it. Mix the eggs with the cheese well, season with salt and pepper, add to the vegetables and let them set over low heat, pushing together again and again so that they become flaky. Arrange the finished scrambled eggs on the bread slices and serve with the parsley immediately.
