Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 onion(s), chopped
  • 1 garlic clove(s), finely chopped
  • 1 natural tofu, semi-soft
  • Soy sauce
  • 1 shot of oat milk (oat drink)
  • Spice(s) of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Fry the onion until translucent. Crumble the tofu and gently mix with soy sauce, seasonings to taste, oat milk, and garlic. Add to the pan with the onions and heat thoroughly. Serve with a bun.
