Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g natural tofu
- olive oil
- Kala Namak
- 1 pinch of turmeric powder
- Paprika powder
- pepper
- some water or plant drink
- n. B. herbs, e.g. parsley or chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Heat a little olive oil in a pan, crumble the tofu into the pan with your fingers, and fry briefly. Once the tofu has browned slightly, remove the pan from the heat and add the spices. Add kala namak, pepper, and paprika to taste. Add the turmeric powder very carefully (about a pinch). It’s mainly for a nice yellow color and should be barely noticeable afterward. To make the dish a little juicier, add a little water or plant-based drink and bring back to a boil briefly on the hot stovetop. Optionally, stir in herbs of your choice.
