Sea bass "Ruckzuck"

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 fish(s) (sea bass)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 sage leaves
  • some rosemary needles
  • some olive leaves
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 1 vegetable onion(s)
  • 2 tomatoes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mediterranean preparation

Scale and gut the fish, or buy them ready-to-cook. Wash the fish, season with a little salt, and drizzle with lemon juice. Finely chop or very finely chop the garlic and herbs. Add this mixture to both fish. Thinly slice the onion. The tomatoes can be sliced more thickly. Then sear the fish on both sides and continue to sear gently for about 5 minutes per side. This depends on the thickness of the fish. Fry the onion slices and tomatoes with the fish. The inside should still be slightly translucent. Serve with a salad or baked potato. It all depends on your taste. For me, this is another quick holiday meal without much effort.
