Sea bream in foil

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 sea bream(s)
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cut the foil large enough so that there is about 10 cm of excess at the head and tail. Clean the sea bream and dry it with kitchen paper, wash the lemon and slice it. Season the sea bream inside and out, place it on the foil and rub it generously with olive oil. Stuff the sea bream with the lemon slices. Wrap the sea bream in the foil and roll up the edges, place the parcel on a baking tray and put it in a cold oven at 200°C fan-assisted oven for 30 minutes. Note from Chefkoch.de: If you don’t want to use aluminum foil, use parchment paper or baking paper for the parcel. If you use lemon juice and salt, this is recommended for health reasons. For some time now, aluminum foil has also been available that has baking paper lined on the side facing the food, which is also recommended.
