Ingredients
 

  • 1 Ready-To-Cook sea bream about 500 grams
  • 4 Large onion
  • 1 Lemon untreated
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 2 tbsp Spice mixture: coarsely crushed pepper, star anise. Marjoram, garlic powder, basil, thyme and parsley
  • 1 Small pickled cucumber

Instructions
 

  • Wash the sea bream greenish and pat dry
  • Make three incisions on both sides of the fish and brush with oil. Put half a thin lemon wedge into each incision.
  • Fill the belly opening with the sliced ​​pickled cucumber. Apply the salt and the spice mixture to the fish
  • Coat a baking dish with rapeseed oil and line with the onions cut into rings. Carefully place the fish on the onion rings.
  • Bake in a preheated oven to 175 degrees, turn the fish after 20 minutes and bake again for 20 minutes. The baking time can vary slightly depending on the size of the sea bream.
