Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g sugar
  • 20 g honey, liquid
  • 50 ml sea buckthorn juice (see my recipe)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Dissolve sugar and honey in the sea buckthorn juice, heat to 150 °C and fill into small praline molds.
