Seafood in white wine sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 450 g seafood from the refrigerated section
  • 20 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 3 dl white wine
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

For white wine lovers

Finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté in a pan. Meanwhile, finely chop the tomatoes and sauté them. Add the seafood and sauté for about 5 minutes. Then deglaze everything with the white wine and simmer for at least 20 minutes (not too hot). Season to taste and serve with spaghetti or other pasta. It’s very simple, and if you don’t like wine…stay away!
