Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 liter fish stock
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 clove(s) garlic, chopped
- 300 g rice
- 2 tbsp oil
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 500 g crab
- 250 g seafood
- salt and pepper

simple but delicious!!!
Heat the fish stock. Sauté the garlic, onions, and rice in a large pan with the oil until translucent. Add the fish stock and cook for a good 15 minutes, until the rice is tender. Halve or quarter the tomatoes. Mix the crab, tomatoes, and seafood with the rice. Season with salt and pepper. Seasoning isn’t necessary, however, as the fish stock leaves a rather intense flavor on its own. You can also use just some of the stock and top up the rest with water, then add more seasoning.
