Ingredients for 4 servings:
- e.g. tomato sauce for pizza
- e.g. pizza dough
- 250 g mixed seafood
- 1 can of tuna
- 100 g shallot(s)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 200 g mountain cheese, grated
- ½ bunch parsley, flat
- 3 tsp thyme, dried
- Salt and pepper, black
- 4 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 2 hours; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 3 hours
Prepare the dough and tomato sauce. You can find the recipes for this in my recipes. Rinse the seafood in a sieve with cold water and let it drain. Shred the tuna. Peel the shallots and garlic, and slice or chop them thinly. Wash, dry, and chop the parsley. Shape the dough into pizzas, sprinkle with some cheese, and spread with tomato sauce. Arrange the seafood, tuna, shallots, and garlic on top. Season everything with parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper, and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Drizzle with olive oil and bake at 225°C to 250°C for about 10 minutes.
