Seafood Soup

The perfect seafood soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Frutti de Mare TK
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Pc. Celery
  • 1 pole Leek
  • 2 Pc. Bay leaf
  • 5 Pc. Allspice grains
  • Salt pepper
  • Garlic or garlic powder
  • 0,5 liter Water
  • 0,5 a cup Whipped cream
  • 30 g Butter
  • Chopped basil
  1. Peel the carrot, celery and leek, clean and cut into pieces and cook together with the spices until soft.
  2. Remove the spices from the vegetable stock. Add the frutti de mare and cook gently (approx. 8 minutes).
  3. Sieve the strong fish stock, thicken the whipped cream and let it simmer. Finally assemble with butter. Add some garlic (there was no fresh one) or garlic powder and season to taste.
  4. Arrange on the plate with chopped basil.
