Fresh, Fruity Summer Salad

The perfect fresh, fruity summer salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 st Chicken fillets
  • 2 st Lettuce hearts
  • 2 st Hard-Boiled eggs
  • 50 gr Mayonnaise
  • 4 Tablespoon Cream
  • 1 st Lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoon Tomato ketchup
  • 2 st Bananas
  • 2 st Nectarines
  • 1 small can Pineapple pieces
  • 2 Pinches Chayenne pepper + salt
  1. Cut the chicken fillets into strips, season with salt and pepper. Fry in a little oil and butter in a pan. Mayonnaise, cream, lemon juice, 2 tablespoons. Mix together pineapple juice, tomato ketchup, salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the bananas into slices, put the nectarines in pieces with the pineapple pieces in the dressing. Cut the lettuce into strips, arrange on a plate, pour the fruit with the dressing on top. Place the chicken strips on top and decorate with the egg.
