Salmon and avocado slices

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 100 g cream cheese or herb cream cheese
  • 4 slices of wholemeal bread
  • 1 avocado(s)
  • cress
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Spread the bread slices with cream cheese and season with salt and pepper. Place the smoked salmon on top. Slice the avocado and place it on top of the salmon. Cut the cress from the garden bed and sprinkle it over the slices.
