Ingredients
 

  • 200 ml Olive oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Paprika pulp (Ajvar)
  • 1 pinch Crushed red pepper

Instructions
 

  • Peel the garlic and cut into small pieces.
  • Heat 50ml oil in a small pan. Braise the garlic in it.
  • Add tomato and pepper pulp, as well as Pul Biber. Stir everything together for a few minutes.
  • Then turn off the stove, leave the breakdown on the plate and stir in the remaining oil.
  • Pour everything into a bottle or glass, close it and let it stand for a few days.
  • Then pour through a fine sieve into a clean bottle.
