Seasoning: Red Oil
The perfect seasoning: red oil recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 ml Olive oil
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 tbsp Paprika pulp (Ajvar)
- 1 pinch Crushed red pepper
- Peel the garlic and cut into small pieces.
- Heat 50ml oil in a small pan. Braise the garlic in it.
- Add tomato and pepper pulp, as well as Pul Biber. Stir everything together for a few minutes.
- Then turn off the stove, leave the breakdown on the plate and stir in the remaining oil.
- Pour everything into a bottle or glass, close it and let it stand for a few days.
- Then pour through a fine sieve into a clean bottle.
