Snack: Antipasti – Peppers in Oil
The perfect snack: antipasti – peppers in oil recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 ml Red oil … RZ in my KB
- 2 Fresh shallots
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 200 g Snack peppers
- 1 tsp Balsamic vinegar
- Tonka salt … RZ from toskanine
- Peel shallots and garlic and cut into small pieces, but not too small. Wash and dry the peppers and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan, sauté shallots and onions in it. then take it out.
- Put the rest of the oil in the pan, add the paprika and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Put everything together in a bowl and season with balsamic vinegar and salt.
- Either place in the fridge for a few hours and enjoy as a starter. Or eat it warm as a side dish.
