Snack: Antipasti – Peppers in Oil

The perfect snack: antipasti – peppers in oil recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 ml Red oil … RZ in my KB
  • 2 Fresh shallots
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 200 g Snack peppers
  • 1 tsp Balsamic vinegar
  • Tonka salt … RZ from toskanine
  1. Peel shallots and garlic and cut into small pieces, but not too small. Wash and dry the peppers and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan, sauté shallots and onions in it. then take it out.
  3. Put the rest of the oil in the pan, add the paprika and cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. Put everything together in a bowl and season with balsamic vinegar and salt.
  5. Either place in the fridge for a few hours and enjoy as a starter. Or eat it warm as a side dish.
