Chop the chili pepper. Put the salt in a food processor, add the chili and herbs, and then the pepper. Grind everything briefly, and the spice mix is ready. We like to use this seasoning salt with grilled or pan-fried meat. It also works well with grilled pimentos or bell peppers. It also goes very well with fish. I dried the herbs beforehand. If you don’t grind this salt very finely, you can also put it in a herb grinder. And there you have it, a nice little gift from the kitchen.
