- 200 g semolina
- 500 ml milk
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 eggs
- 3 rolls

Semolina dumplings that always turn out well
Lightly salt the milk, add two tablespoons of butter, and bring to a boil briefly. Stir the semolina into the boiling milk, simmer until smooth, and let cool. Toast the bread cubes in butter and stir them into the semolina along with the eggs. Let rest for about 15 minutes. Form dumplings and boil in gently simmering water for about 15 minutes.
