Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 cups whole cane sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 ½ cup(s) sunflower oil
  • 1 ½ cup(s) rolled oats, flower-soft
  • 4 eggs
  • Cinnamon, ground
  • 80 g almonds, chopped
  • Almond(s), halved, for garnishing
  • 2 cup(s) tart apples, chopped
  • clove(s), ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Mix all ingredients in a bowl for about 15 minutes until a smooth dough forms. Add the grated apples at the very end. Pour into the prepared pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for about 60-70 minutes on the middle rack.
