Semolina porridge with apples

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 ml low-fat milk
  • 3 tbsp, leveled semolina
  • 1 large apple
  • some cinnamon
  • some lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Bring the milk to a boil in a small saucepan and remove from the heat. Stir in the semolina and return to the turned-off heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Core (peel if necessary) and grate the apple. Add the semolina porridge and season with cinnamon and a squeeze of lemon juice. The porridge is ready in no time and makes a healthy dessert.
