Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 ml milk
- ½ tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 egg(s)
- 75 g semolina (soft wheat semolina)
- n. B. flavoring (almond flavor)
- e.g. almond flakes or
- Almond(s), chopped or
- Almond flakes
Instructions

Bring the milk to a boil and mix with the sugar, salt, and semolina. Simmer, or better yet, let it stand, until the semolina has swelled nicely. Take a cup of semolina pudding and quickly mix it with the egg yolk, then stir it into the semolina. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in. Garnish with almonds, if desired.
