Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g low-fat or semi-skimmed quark
- 1 m.-sized egg(s)
- 100 ml milk, any fat content
- 20 g semolina (soft wheat semolina)
- 10 g raisins
- 2 drops butter-vanilla flavoring
- 25 g sugar (or sweetener)
- 10 g cane sugar
- 10 g almond flakes
- 100 g seasonal fruit, such as peaches
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix the quark with the egg, milk, semolina, and vanilla extract. Add the sugar; you can naturally increase or decrease the amount as desired, or replace it with liquid sweetener. Pour the mixture into an ovenproof casserole dish. Prepare the fruit and arrange it on top, sprinkle with flaked almonds, raisins, and brown sugar. Bake at 200°C for about 35 minutes. The casserole has a wonderful cheesecake flavor and is particularly delicious with apples in winter, and with fresh, juicy peaches in summer! Serves 1 as a main course, or 2 as a dessert.
