Breakfast casserole with berries and nuts

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g oat flakes
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 ½ tbsp honey or sugar
  • 150 g fruit of your choice, e.g., raspberries or blueberries
  • Nuts
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 200 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

vegetarian and quick to make

Peel and mash the banana. Add the milk, eggs, cinnamon, and honey and mix everything together. Fold in the oatmeal and spread everything on a baking sheet. Sprinkle the fruit and nuts over the mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven) for about 25 minutes.
