Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1 liter of milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 250 g semolina
- Breadcrumbs
- Butter or margarine for frying
Instructions

Bring the milk to a boil with salt and sugar. Slowly stir in the semolina and stir until the mixture starts to separate from the pan. Pour into a dish or spread on a board and let cool. Then slice, coat, and fry in melted butter or margarine until golden brown. Serve with apricots, preserved plums, applesauce, etc.
