Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 liter of milk
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100 g semolina
- 2 eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Bring the milk, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt to a boil in a saucepan over high heat. Whisk the semolina into the boiling milk and let it swell for 10 minutes. Separate the eggs, first whisk the egg yolks with a little semolina, then add them to the semolina porridge while stirring. Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form and carefully fold them into the semolina porridge.
