Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 tbsp semolina
- 1 tbsp butter
- 500 ml broth
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Heat the butter, add the semolina, and brown it well, stirring constantly. Deglaze with the broth and simmer for about 10 minutes over low heat. Season the soup with salt and pepper.
