Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 125 g rice (long grain rice)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 300 g shrimp(s), frozen
- 1 tbsp butter
- 150 ml whipped cream
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- some salt
- some pepper
- some cognac
- 1 tbsp dill
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook the rice. Fry the onion and shrimp in oil until light brown. Add the butter, heavy cream, and ketchup and simmer until fragrant. Then arrange the shrimp on top of the rice, let the sauce reduce briefly, season with spices and salt, and finally, add a little cognac and pour the sauce over the shrimp. Serve with chopped dill.
