Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 fish fillets (matjes fillets in oil), diced
  • 1 small onion(s), finely diced
  • 1 tomato(s), finely diced
  • 2 cucumbers (pickles), finely diced
  • Black pepper, ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Rinse the herring fillets and cut into cubes. Peel and finely dice the onion, wash and dice the tomato, dice the gherkins, mix everything with a little olive oil, and season with freshly ground black pepper.
