Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g salmon fillet(s)
  • 2 shallots
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 3 tbsp oil (olive)
  • Salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Finely dice the salmon fillet and shallots. Pluck the dill from the stems and finely chop. Combine the ingredients and drizzle with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Mix well. Let stand for about 1 hour. Serve with toasted white bread for a delicious starter.
