Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 2 minutes

makes about 50 cookies

Mix the dough ingredients well until a ball of dough forms, knead it briefly by hand again, then put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes!! Tip: For me, the dough is still quite soft even after a night in the fridge, but it is still easy to work with!! Roll hazelnut-sized balls of dough, flatten them slightly and roll them in the mixed sprinkles of sesame seeds and chopped almonds. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, leaving enough space between them; the baking powder helps the cookies rise really well!! I bake the cookies for about 12 minutes at 175°C. The time and temperature can vary depending on the oven.
