Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 175 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 200 g margarine
- 4 eggs
- 4 bananas
- 150 g hazelnuts, ground
- 50 g sesame seeds
- 1 shot of rum
- 1 ½ packets of baking powder
- 375 g flour
- Fat and sesame for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Whisk the sugar, vanilla sugar, margarine, and eggs until fluffy. Mash the bananas with a fork and mix into the batter. Then add the nuts, sesame seeds, and rum, and finally stir in the flour mixed with the baking powder. Grease a Bundt pan and sprinkle with sesame seeds, then pour in the batter. Bake on the middle rack at 220°C for approximately 50-60 minutes.
