Minced meat with garlic sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g minced meat
  • 1 cup(s) rice (long grain rice)
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 400 g sour cream
  • 1 onion(s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

For the rice, bring two cups of water with a little salt to a boil and cook until the water is completely absorbed by the rice. Sauté the onions and add the minced meat, seasoning with salt and pepper. Pour the sour cream into a bowl and press in the three garlic cloves, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Let it simmer for a while. When the rice and minced meat are ready, mix them together. Serve hot on plates and cover with the garlic sauce.
