Sesame Potato

The perfect sesame potato recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 gram Potato
  • 150 gram Sesame
  • 1 medium-sized Red onion
  • 3 toes Garlic chopped into thin long strips
  • 5 gram Ginger chopped into thin long strips
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 0,5 Teaspoon Ground pepper
  • 1 Medium-sized Cucumber
  • 1 Small Red and yellow peppers
  • 4 Tropics Lemon juice
  • 8 Tablespoon Olive oil
  • 5 gram Parsley or fresh coriander
  1. First, cook the potato in a quick saucepan
  2. Then roast the seasam lightly brown in a pan. And grind the seasam finely and set it aside
  3. Roast the garlic, ginger, red and yellow peppers in a hot pan with oil (fry briefly)
  4. Cut the cooked potatoes into mouth-sized pieces, mix the potatoes well with the other ingredients in a bowl and add the remaining bratoil to increase the aroma
  5. Add the seasam and lemon juice, mix well and mix with chopped coriander
