Hessian Apple Schnitzel on Vegetable Spaghetti and Sesame Potato Corners.

The perfect hessian apple schnitzel on vegetable spaghetti and sesame potato corners. recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Butterfly cut!

  • 2 Pc. Pork schnitzel
  • 2 pinch Coarse salt
  • 2 pinch Black pepper from the mill
  • 2 pinch Sweet paprika
  • 1 Pc. Apple Breaburn

breading:

  • 1 Pc. Egg whisked
  • Breadcrumbs

to bake:

  • 2 tablespoon Clarified butter

Vegetable spaghetti:

  • 1 Pc. Carrot
  • 0,5 Pc. Zucchini yellow
  • 1 Mini Zucchini green
  • 1 Pc. Butter
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Coarse salt
  • 2 tablespoon Finely chopped parsley

Sesame potatoes :

  • 3 Pc. Peeled waxy potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame fresh
  • 2 tablespoon Rapeseed oil

prepare :

  1. Peel the apple, remove the core, cut into wedges.
  2. Season the schnitzel, fill with diced apple and stick.

Potatoes :

  1. Cut the potato into corners. Heat the pan, add the rapeseed oil, add the potatoes, sprinkle with sesame seeds & fry slowly. Can also be made in the oven for about 20 minutes.

Bread and fry the schnitzel:

  1. Pan and fry in hot clarified butter at a mild temperature for approx. 20 minutes.

Vegetables – spagetti:

  1. Peel the carrot, cut off the ends. pull in strips. Cut off the ends of the zucchini, also pull strips.

steam, then toss.

  1. Heat the butter, toss the onion & vegetables strips in it, add 1 dash of water, sauté gently, drain. Heat the butter, add everything again, season, sprinkle with parsley.

A notice :

  1. When I do that again, I add 1 slice of Black Forest ham to each. I was still missing something.

Traditional :

  1. Served with a scoop of apple cider.
