Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 slice(s) bread(s) (St.Galler bread), thin
- 200 g veal sausage meat
- 8 slices of cheese (Tilsiter)
- 2 eggs
- Flour
- Breadcrumbs
- pepper
- Fat, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Spread the bread slices with sausage meat on both sides, press a slice of cheese onto each side. Sprinkle with pepper, coat first in flour, then in the beaten eggs, and finally in the breadcrumbs. Fry until golden brown. Serve with a green salad.
