Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1 jar sesame paste (tahini)
- 500 ml milk
- 4 tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp agar-agar
- 500 g fresh mixed fruits (berries, pineapple, grapes, apples, …)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Japanese dessert
Heat 400 ml of milk. Set aside 100 ml of milk. Dissolve tahini and sugar in the hot milk, then whisk the agar-agar with the remaining milk and add it to the sesame milk. Transfer the mixture to a hot, rinsed bowl and let it cool. Scoop two tablespoons of the mixture into dumplings and serve garnished with fresh fruit.
