Fried bananas with honey

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 banana(s)
  • butter
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the banana and cut it in half crosswise. Then cut both banana pieces in half lengthwise. Heat a teaspoonful of butter in a nonstick pan. Add the banana pieces and fry slowly until browned. Then flip and fry the other side. After flipping, brush the tops of the banana pieces in the pan with honey. Serve on a warmed plate.
