Ingredients
- 650 g Wholemeal spelt flour
- 1 cube Fresh yeast
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 400 ml Lukewarm water
- Sesame seeds to sprinkle
Instructions
- 2 Cover baking trays with baking paper. Roast 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds in a pan without fat, pour onto a plate and allow to cool.
- Dissolve the yeast with 1 teaspoon sugar.
- Mix the flour, salt and sesame seeds in a bowl. Add the oil and the dissolved yeast with the lukewarm water and knead with the mixer with a dough hook.
- Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 40 minutes.
- Then knead again. Separate small balls, knead again, form balls and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Place on a baking sheet, leave a little space.
- Bake at 180 degrees hot air for about 20-25 minutes, then remove from the tray and let cool down.
- Depending on the size, the amount of dough is 10-12 pieces.
