Ingredients
 

  • 650 g Wholemeal spelt flour
  • 1 cube Fresh yeast
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 400 ml Lukewarm water
  • Sesame seeds to sprinkle

Instructions
 

  • 2 Cover baking trays with baking paper. Roast 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds in a pan without fat, pour onto a plate and allow to cool.
  • Dissolve the yeast with 1 teaspoon sugar.
  • Mix the flour, salt and sesame seeds in a bowl. Add the oil and the dissolved yeast with the lukewarm water and knead with the mixer with a dough hook.
  • Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 40 minutes.
  • Then knead again. Separate small balls, knead again, form balls and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Place on a baking sheet, leave a little space.
  • Bake at 180 degrees hot air for about 20-25 minutes, then remove from the tray and let cool down.
  • Depending on the size, the amount of dough is 10-12 pieces.
