Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g sea salt, coarse
  • 200 g sesame seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Toast the sesame seeds in a pan without oil for about 5 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove and set aside to cool. Finely chop the sea salt and cooled sesame seeds in a food processor or food processor. Fill jars. The salt tastes great on fresh, buttered farmhouse bread. It also tastes great with salads and soups. Tip: In attractive jars, the salt also makes a great gift.
