Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 500 g beef
- 500 g pork
- 500 g minced meat
- 500 g smoked pork neck or chop
- 500 g mushrooms
- 500 g onion(s)
- 500 g bell pepper(s)
- 250 g shashlik sauce
- 250 g chili sauce
- 250 g Hungarian-style paprika sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours
Cut everything into bite-sized pieces and place in a roasting pan. Pour all three sauces over the meat and stir to combine. Braise at approximately 200°C for approximately 90 minutes, stirring every 20 minutes. Serve in the roasting pan and portion onto plates at the table.
