Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ⅛ liter of water
- ⅛ liter of oil
- 1 ½ tbsp vinegar essence
- 8 tbsp liquid honey
- 5 drops of Tabasco
- 2 onions, chopped
- 4 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
- 4 tsp oregano
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Blend all ingredients together with a hand blender. Pour over the meat, cover, and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (or overnight).
