  • 2 Cucumbers
  • 1 Diced onion
  • 6 tbsp Herbal vinegar or 10% vinegar
  • 2 tbsp White sugar
  • 2 Garlic clove peeled and cut
  • Whole grains and fresh dill as required

Instructions
 

  • Peel and slice the cucumber and place in a bowl with all the ingredients. Then close the bowl and shake vigorously. Let it steep for 2 days and shake occasionally. Good succeed
