Ingredients
 

  • 3 Turkey schnitzel
  • 1 Onion
  • 500 g Mushrooms
  • 250 ml Water
  • 1 tsp Vegetable broth powder
  • 250 ml Cream
  • Salt pepper

Instructions
 

  • Season the turkey schnitzel with salt and pepper and fry in a pan on each side. Take out and keep warm in the oven. Dice the onion, slice the mushrooms. Briefly sauté the onion cubes and mushrooms in the frying fat of the schnitzel. Add water, stock powder and cream and bring to the boil. Thicken the sauce with roux and season with salt and pepper. Place the schnitzel in the sauce and bring to the boil again. Serve with rice or dumplings.
